Return Policy

We offer exchanges or store credit only.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your package, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange or store credit. Customers will be expected to cover the shipping return costs.

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. A full refund will be issued if this is the case.


Delivery is stated in business days, and orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Please note, Caviilou is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of Caviilou’s control. Caviilou is not responsible for these fees. If you can’t see any taxes at checkout please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes to pay.

PRE-ORDER items will be shipped out within 2 weeks from date of purchase.

Please note that ALL pre-orders are subject to delays and a change of dispatch date.
